Vocabulary


Accomodate needs: To provide what a particular person or group needs.

Achieve results:
To succesfully produce or cause something good.

Anticipate problems: To expect things to go wrong or be difficult.

Assess progress: To make a judgement about how much has improved or developed.

Aversion to: A strong feeling of not liking.


Exchange information/ knowledge: You tell or give it to other people and receive it from them at the same time.

Facilitate change: To make it posible or easier for things to change.

Generate enthusiasm: To make people feel enthusiastic.

Implement: To start to use or act according to that has been decided.

Iniciatives: New plans for dealing with a particular problem or for achieving a particular purpose.

Means: A way of achieving or doing.

Measure success: to jude how much success has been achieved.

Procedure: The usual or correct way of doing.

Purpose: A clear intention or aim that is supposed to achieve.

Put in place: To make ready to work or be used.

Resistant to: Opposing and trying to stop it happening.
