The video it's about branding but I think we can use the whole 5 points to develop our business conduct. In my opinion number to "take the negative off" it's the most important because it's common feel that jobs are run-of-the-mill and it's hard been buzzing all week, especially because of work enviromment use to be heavy, because of stress, angry collegues, etc, but if we take all negative off we'll try to do our best and find at least a little bennefit in our tasks. Don't get angry because of others' problems, just do your best and lear about your own mistakes!
